The developer runs a Welcome Centre on Dashwood Avenue, and the site hosts professional site visits, such as CIOB's tour of how the village was planned and is being built. It is a construction site, so meeting points vary by visit.

The booking page gives only Knowle Road, PO17 5NA, with doors at 2:15pm. The developer's Welborne Welcome Centre is at 71 Dashwood Avenue, PO17 4AA, about 350 m east of the pin; check with CIOB which you should head for.
