About UBC Fleet
A UBC serviced-office centre in Sentinel House on Ancells Business Park, on the northern edge of Fleet near junction 4A of the M3. It offers private offices, co-working and bookable meeting rooms with a staffed reception. It is the regular home of The Marketing Meetup's Fleet evenings.

On Ancells Business Park off Harvest Crescent, about 1 km north of Fleet station (UBC says three minutes by car; allow about 15 minutes on foot). M3 junction 4A is close by. Stagecoach 10 (Farnborough–Fleet–Church Crookham) stops at Ancells Farm, opposite Harvest Crescent, two minutes' walk.
