A steakhouse, bar and inn with rooms on Bridge Road in Lower Swanwick, at the eastern end of the A27 Bursledon Bridge near Swanwick Marina, run by Upham Inns. It serves breakfast from early morning and has function space for up to 40 seated or 60 standing, and is the regular breakfast venue for Solent Business Connections.
