September is when the regular groups fill up again. If you're looking for a habit rather than a one-off, a breakfast group is where most people in Hampshire start.

The busiest kind of event

Breakfast meetings are by far the most common business event in the county. Of the 406 dates listed on hampshire.events in October 2026, 188 were breakfasts. That includes the thirteen BNI chapters meeting across Hampshire, as well as independent groups in town-centre cafés and hotels.

Why so early?

Most start between 6.30am and 7.30am and finish before nine. You've done your networking before the working day starts, and the regularity matters: you see the same faces every week, and trust builds from there.

Visiting a group

Most groups welcome visitors, often for the cost of breakfast. Book in advance through the organiser, arrive ten minutes early, and expect a short round of introductions where everyone says what they do. Some groups have one member per trade, so ask if yours is already taken.

Finding one near you

Pick "Breakfast" on the events page or look up your town to see who meets nearby and when.
